I am starving for reasons and any motivation I can find
cause my hopes and energy was stolen by thieves
they entered in the night when I was asleep
and they left in the morning I think they crept through my window
leaving an empty shell
someday the rain will wash it all away
and I wonder if we will swim
or maybe we just drown
and swallow all the water
that should have washed away our guilt and all of our sins
unless the sun burns us first
and I wonder where did they take all the parts
